Nancy Candea has started the program at St. John’s Academy

  • She is a certified trained who teaches the children in five to ten-minute mindfulness sessions over zoom in the classrooms daily.
  • Each lesson includes:

o Stretching and breathing activities to help calm the mind

o Vocabulary words create awareness of how to bring more kindness into our interactions with others
